Our Mission Statement

“We, the people of St. Andrew Parish Community in Sparta, Tennessee,

are called to reflect the teachings of Jesus Christ through our lives and through our actions.” As Catholics, we are rooted in the richness of our Catholic Tradition centered in Scripture and the Sacraments and, at the same time, are conscious of our place in the modern world. Our mission is to make Jesus Christ known through our love for each other and for those outside of our Parish Community, especially the poor and lonely. It is our aim to exemplify the values of Christian service contained in the Gospel.”
